Yes, we have on-site maintenance and 24/7 emergency maintenance.

If you have an issue with an item in your unit please submit a maintenance request through your resident portal.

If you are locked out please call the office or emergency maintenance to resolve the issue.

You will be contacted within 48 hours from the time the work order is submitted

No, you can give PTE (permission to enter) through your work order request.

Yes, we allow decorations during holidays as long as the integrity of the unit stays intact.


Pet friendly with dog park, Resort style pool and spa, Electric vehicle charging stations, Outdoor dining area & Gas grilling stations, Resident Events, On-site management, Smoke free community, 24 Hour Fitness Center, 24 Hour on call Maintenance, Parcel Pending package lockers, Coffee bar and Complimentary common area Wi-Fi.

We love pets! Check out our pet policy for more information regarding pet limits, restrictions, and fees.

We use a third-party pet screening service to ensure all applicants understand how to adhere to the property’s pet and animal policies, even if you do not have a pet or animal. All applicants should complete a Pet, No Pet, or Animal Profile. $25 per pet/per year. There is a $250 non-refundable pet fee, a $250 refundable pet deposit, and $35/monthly pet rent per pet.

We do not have a weight limit, we have the standard aggressive breed restriction.

Yes! We love our pets and the dog park will be open in December 2023

We offer as low as 6 months to 13 months

Packages will be delivered into the mail room and placed in the Parcel Pending Package lockers. Residents must sign up for Parcel Pending to receive packages.

24 - Hours a day seven days a week.

Treadmills, Elliptical, leg and arm machines, dumbbells, ropes and bands

Community areas, pool and dining area inside pool area closes at 10pm.


It does not cost to tour our apartments.

We recommend making an appointment so you don't have to wait but we do take walk-ins as well!

The management team is onsite so you can access them easily.

Move in costs are based on lease start date, deposits and current specials.

Resident portal is an easy access to add banking information or add a card on file.

Log into your Resident portal and follow the steps to process your rent payment.

Besides rent residents will pay for optional parking, water and sewer, amenity fee, pet charges and electric/ cable is billed directly to the resident.

Renters insurance is included in our amenity fee.

Water and sewer is billed with your rent.

Electricity can be set up through APS 1-602-371-7171

Yes, if you refer a friend and they lease with us you get a $500 rent credit. Contact the leasing office for details and restrictions.

Two guests permitted per resident

No price reductions are made and we do not accept future payments.
